Contact us for details of current interest rates, term, minimum/maximum loans specific to the country of your choice for your property. Overseas Mortgages are normally available for the majority of nationalities.

Proof of Income: required in the majority of cases (can be made up of Earned Income, Pension, Investment or Rental Income. Please note however, but it is not always the case that the Lender will take all or part of these Incomes into account when determining the maximum loan available). Non-Status/Self-Certification loans are not normally available.
