Financial Advisors Raise Money for Charity

Cyprus-based financial services organisation Inter-Alliance WorldNet has donated CYP 1,OOO to the Cans For Kids charity.

The money was raised during an international conference held in Dubai in January and attended by IFAs from around the world. During the conference, a series of "Fun Fines" were levied against delegates for various reasons, such as not returning to their seats on time.

Operations Director Bob Deal was the "Fines Master" and relished his role raising money for the charity, which collects and recycles aluminum cans using the money collected to buy medical equipment for the children's wards at the Makarios Hospital in Nicosia.
